Michael E. Boucher, CPA

Mike is a shareholder and one of the founders of Boucher, Morgan & Young, CPA, a PC. He graduated from Dublin High School with Honors and Tarleton State University with High Honors. Mike spends the majority of his time in new business formation and long term care reporting. He has a wide range of experience with small business and is controller for a number of these businesses in and around the Erath County area. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPA's. Mike is active in his church and is a deacon at Valley Grove Baptist Church.

James E. Young, CPA

James is a shareholder and one of the founders of the firm. James grew up in Stephenville and graduated from Tarleton State University with high honors. He passed the Uniform CPA exam and became involved in public accounting in 1978. James
spends the majority of his time in income and estate tax planning and preparation. He is a member of the Tax Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has also had broad experience in accounting and auditing. His audit experience has included auditing municipalities, school districts, appraisal districts and private businesses. Since his appointment January 1, 1991, by the 266th Judicial District Judge, James has served the Erath County area as Erath County Auditor. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Texas Society of CPAs. James has served as President of the Stephenville Chamber of Commerce and the Stephenville Optimist Club and continues to be involved in local government, civic and church act
ivities.

Ron L. Wulf, CPA/ABV

Ron graduated from Tarleton State University with highest honors where he received the Accounting Excellence Award issued by the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He joined the firm in February 1992. Ron works primarily with small businesses and individuals to reduce their tax burden and improve their profitability. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In 2000, Ron received his Accreditation in Business Valuation from the AICPA. He has extensive experience valuing businesses for purchase/sale, estate taxation, and divorce litigation. Ron is active in numerous civic and charitable organizations.

Gary D. Sult, CPA

Gary Sult is a graduate of Tarleton State University. He became a shareholder of the firm in November of 1998. Gary came to the firm in 1996 after nine years in the governmental accounting arena. Gary's primary expertise is in the areas of tax and technology. He has broad experience in hardware and software implementation and development for business clients. Gary is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of CPA's and the Forth Worth Chapter of the Texas Society of CPA's. He is active in church and service organizations. Gary serves as a director on numerous local foundations.

Chuck Blanton, CPA

Chuck is a 1991 graduate of Tarleton State University. He began working for BMY in 1991. In January 1996, he left the firm to become a senior auditor with KPMG. While at KPMG, Chuck worked on various non-profit, governmental and for profit audits. In July 2000, he left KPMG to serve as senior accountant with Newbridge Capital, LLC, an affiliate of the Texas Pacific Group. In December 2005, Chuck rejoined BMY to manage the firm's Granbury, TX office. His accounting focus in Granbury will primarily be on financial and compliance audits of small businesses, non-profit organizations and local government agencies. He is also involved in the preparation of individual, corporate and partnership tax returns. Chuck lives in Weatherford, TX with his wife and two children. He is a member of the First Baptist Church of Brock and has served in various other civic organizations.
